Independence Prototype on location at the Farm Progress Show

In addition to the field demo's that are happening at the Farm Progress Show in Boone, IA that I wrote about earlier, there is even more excitement taking place on the lot within the show grounds.

On display is the revolutionary Geringhoff Independence Prototype corn head. Revealed in February at the National Farm Machinery Show, the impressive head is on the tail end of a 6 month publicity tour where it has visited open houses, combine clinics and farm shows.

There has been a steady and constant crowd around the machine, all hoping to get a glimpse of what can only be described as "the future of corn harvesting".

Stop by the booth at lot #1228 and check it our for yourself.

Your next chance to see it will be at the upcoming Husker Harvest Days in Grand Island, NE.
